For every $1 spent on eligible purchases, customers will earn 1 reward point. Points are accumulated automatically with each qualifying purchase. Points cannot be earned for amounts spent on taxes, shipping fees, and other fees associated with an order.

Customers can redeem their points towards future purchases on our website. The value of points is set at 100 points equal to $1. Points can be redeemed once the customer has accumulated a minimum of 5000 points.

Points can be applied to purchases with a minimum order value of $25. Points redeemed will be deducted from your Points balance.

Reward points expire after 60 days of inactivity if the customer does not use them. However, points remain active as long as the customer engages with our platform regularly.

Points are calculated based on the final purchase amount after any discounts or coupons have been applied. Points are not earned on shipping fees, taxes, or purchases of gift cards.

In the event of a refund or order cancellation, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the customer's account.

Subject to applicable laws, Paylow Gate reserves the right to terminate the Paylow Gate Points Program at any time, for any reason, upon providing reasonable notice to you. If your Paylow Gate User Account is terminated or closed, any Points in your Paylow Gate User Account will be canceled, subject to applicable laws, and you will no longer have the ability to redeem or otherwise use them.
